Refund, Return & Cancel Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.
Returns
We accept returns on products that were shipped by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).

Refunds
Our policy lasts 3 days from the arrival date. If 3 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

A management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied for the cancellation. These fees are calculated according to the total value of your order.

Full refunds are only applicable to switching orders. If you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the old order and refund 100%.
