When will I get the tracking number?

The in-store process for stocking and packaging takes about 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, tracking details will be sent to you. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sales seasons.

If you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days from the payment date, please contact us at support@loculux.com.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate payment, incomplete payment, or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.


When will I get my order?

Your orders will be shipped from our warehouse located at: Area B, Hengjing Village, Zeguo Town, Wenling City, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via Yun Express.

Below is our estimated delivery timeline:

Please note that we do not provide shipping services to: South Asia (except India), Western Asia, African countries, and other countries listed in Singapore Designated Individuals and Entities.


Risk-Free Shipping

If for any reason your goods do not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund for that item. If an order is missing, please contact us at support@loculux.com. We will investigate (typically within 1-3 business days) and send you a replacement after confirming the issue.


Customs and Taxes

Prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars, which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order.

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover these charges. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. Please contact your local customs office for further details regarding charges.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. Due to strict shipping schedules, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check your address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

If an order arrives in your country and:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package.

  • Multiple delivery attempts are made without success.

We reserve the right to abandon the package and will not issue any refunds.
